Current Schedule

We put ourselves in uncomfortable positions and learn to breathe through them with grace. So that when we are off our mats and life inevitably  puts us in uncomfortable positions, we can breathe through them and handle it with grace.

 Explanation of Classes 

 

Buddha Boot Camp is a fusion of fitness and yoga and a journey into body and soul like never before! You’ll be guided into personal intention, breath, upbeat movement, sound, stretching, and meditation. Connect with your body in a whole new way and enjoy some epic tunes, a different experience each time. Come with an open mind and be prepared to sweat.

Vinyasa Flow with Rachael is a different experience every time of linking breath to the movement towards a peak pose or transition paired with a meditative intent. The word Vinyasa translates in Sanskrit as "to place in a mindful way" and we incorporate as many alignment cues as we can so that we can explore our bodies in a new way every class while challenging ourselves in an appropriate way. 

Yin-Yasa is a combination of Yin yoga and Vinyasa yoga. Paired with intention and yogic philosophy, we start and end slowly in stagnant holding postures working on the joints and warming the body mid-class with vinyasa movement. All levels welcome.
